All these classes are designed for any fitness level. Although HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, we do have options for those starting out and our trainers will guide you through your sessions. Training is more fun in a group!
If you like to punch things, or need a little stress release - these classes are great. Again the classes are designed for any fitness level, beginners to the more experienced. Please bring your own Gloves!.
All classes can be done to any fitness level - talk to our instructors if you have any injuries, just starting back or require help with technique.
All group fitness classes are included in your gym membership.
