Global Plate Loaded and Pin Loaded Machine

Global Gym offer its own branded strength equipment.  The plate loaded machines are constructed of 40mmx70mmx3mm rectangular stock steel.  Each machine offers a unilateral function, specifically designed to incorporate the ergonomics of the body's natural movement.

The range includes low rows, pulldowns, jammer, squat lung machine, V-Squat, leg press, flat, incline, decline & wide grip chest presses, shoulder press, pullover machines.

The benefits of plate loaded machines is the ability to isolate the muscles and control the movement and the weight without the need for a spotter.          

The pin loaded machines and cables allow great range of movement with easy to use attachments to assist and compliment your training.
The weights area at Global Gym is easy to use for either a beginner or more experienced athlete.

             Dumbbells ranging from 1kg to 100kg

The Gym's dumbbells range from 1kg to 100kgs with a choice of rubber or metal. 

Global Gym has your dumbbell exercises covered from the beginner to the more experienced lifter. 

Utilising dumbbells together with the range of fully adjustable benches allows for variation in your gym training routine.

           Cardio Equipment

Your cardio options are covered with Concept 2 Rowing Machines, Techno Gym Treadmills and Cross Trainers. Techno Gym upright bikes and recumbent bikes together with spin bikes.

           Protein shakes and Pre-Workout Supplements


Give your training an extra boost with a pre-workout drink.   Ask at reception for either 1 or 2 scoops.


After a hard session in the gym (or even call in on your way to work) a protein shake is always available.


Our protein shakes offer 30gms of protein and with the choice of creamy vanilla or awesome chocolate its a great way to supplement your workout.  Add a banana or extra scoop to aid your recovery and you are on your way.

           The Stretching Room 


Needing some place quiet to finish off your train with some core exercises and stretching.  The "stretching room" provides a quieter environment for you to stretch, flex and plank.
