I had a love hate relationship with fitness in my teens (mostly hate) always off and on, weight going up and down, choosing to party over gym. There was no consistency. It was only when I was 24 with severe anxiety, panic attacks every day and huge weight loss that I really realised I had to change. I was told that changing my routine would help, so I joined a gym, got a personal trainer for the first 6 weeks, so I really knew what I was doing, and then it become an obsession! Such an obsession 2 years later I become a qualified personal trainer and here I am today 9 years later!
